Ms. Estefany Yepes Guillen is a Chemical Engineer, Specialist in Energy-Efficient Management and Master Candidate in Energy Management, with an International Diploma in Business Management and Integrated Management Systems HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality). She is highly passionate about climate change mitigation and adaptation, sustainable development, circular economy, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and environmental volunteering. She is known for her entrepreneurship spirit, innovation, and resilience. She has a vast experience in project management and manufacturing representative roles in chemical industries. She proves to be a competent leader in energy efficiency and sustainable development projects, process operations and optimization projects applying Lean Manufacturing, implementation of 5S programs and Kaizen at the industrial level. She has performed many root cause analyses of operational, process safety, quality, maintenance, and EH&S events. She has done a pivot role in the representation of contracts with multinational companies ensuring the effectiveness of all processes: safety, quality, operations, and budget.
