Mr. Jonas Petter Barve. Jonas expertise lies in "Leadership for Sustainability"– leading in an uncertain, volatile and emerging future - from an individual, group and organizational perspective. He has over 20 years of experience of leadership positions in management, project management and advisory roles. The latest project Sustainable Buddy Initiative (SBI), develop and facilitate inter-organizational strategic learning processes and tools grounded in Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals – aligning the deeper facets of change like values, culture, norms and structures of an organization with sustainability. The work further consists of establishing Agenda 2030 as a strategic cross-sector collaboration and guide for all types of organizations accelerating social, economic/business and environmental innovation – as an internal and external modality. Jonas has lead large scale private developments and publicly traded startups on the Frankfurt and Berlin stock exchanges. He also has a broad knowledge base in the areas of concept development, real estate, sales, marketing, representation, branding, communication and teaching. Current and past engagements include Airbus America, Yellowstone Club, Oatly AB, Frankfurt DAX, Business Sweden, Swedish Development Agency SIDA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UD), The Municipality of Skane, Malmo University, Lund University and Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation.
